Chia pudding recipe

Chia Pudding is a quick and healthy breakfast or snack. It is delicious and nutrient-dense, known for its high- fiber content and heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. This pudding is sure to become a new favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chia seeds
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons  of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  •  In a large bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, maple, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix well using a whisk or fork until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Once the pudding has thickened, give it a good stir to make sure there are no clumps. You may add a little dash of coconut milk if you like it a little thinner in consistency.
  • Serve chilled with your favorite fresh fruits
